Economically Distressed Communities; revises responsibilities of Enterprise Florida, Inc., re rural & distressed urban communities; directs Enterprise Florida, Inc., to develop plan for marketing programs & initiatives designed to enhance conditions in economically distressed communities; specifies components of such plan; requires development of & reporting on performance measures; requires coordination with agencies & organizations, etc. Amends 288.9015.
