GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Responsibility Council ; Dockery
Boiler Safety; repeals provision which requires DOI to employ deputy inspectors under Boiler Safety Act; amends certain provisions to conform; provides that each inspection of boiler under Boiler Safety Act shall be conducted by special inspector; eliminates certificate inspections & other specified inspections conducted by department & fees therefor. Repeals 554.106; amends 554.105,.108,.111.
