Schools/Performance Reporting; requires designation & publication of district performance grades; revises minimum requirements of Fla. Education Finance Program to include minimum classroom expenditure requirements & associated reporting; authorizes Legislature to require school district that fails to meet minimum academic performance standards to meet district minimum classroom expenditure requirements, etc. Amends 229.57, 236.02, 237.041,.081; creates 236.08102.
