Public Records/Elderly Affairs Dept.; provides for release of public records information under certain circumstances; provides for confidentiality & exemption from public records law for information re clients of Elderly Affairs Dept., clients of service providers contracting with Elderly Affairs Dept., & certain elders receiving services through programs administered by or funded by department; requires consent for disclosure, etc. Creates 430.105.
