GENERAL BILL by Brown-Waite

School Readiness; removes requirement that Workforce Innovation Agency be separate budget entity from DMS; requires school boards to work through Fla. Partnership for School Readiness re programs for early childhood & basic skills development; authorizes different adult-child ratios in certain programs under certain circumstances; requires that certain information be sent to local school readiness coalitions & said partnership, etc. Amends FS.
