GENERAL BILL by Council for Smarter Government ; Judicial Oversight ; Crow
Excise Tax/Real Property; exempts certain transfers of homestead real property that involve spouses & that create tenancy by entireties from tax on deeds & other instruments re real property or interests therein; provides method of computation of tax when certificate of title is issued to party in whose favor judgment of foreclosure is granted; exempts certain contracts to sell residence of employee relocating at employer's direction from tax, etc. Amends 201.02.
