SB 1884: Career Criminals Registration

GENERAL BILL by Laurent

Career Criminals Registration; defines term "career criminal" for purposes of act; requires that offender who is convicted as habitual felony offender, habitual violent felony offender, violent career criminal, three-time violent felony offender, or prison releasee reoffender register with sheriff of county in which offender resides; provides penalty for failure to register as required & for failure to maintain such registration, etc.
