GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Policy & Resources ; Utilities & Telecommunications ; Ritter ; Barreiro

Public Records/Communications Tax; provides exemption from public records requirements for information contained in specified documents received by DOR in connection with Communications Services Tax Simplification Law; authorizes DOR to provide certain information relative to said chapter to local governments imposing local communications services tax; provides for application of confidentiality & penalty provisions to such local governments, etc. Amends 213.053.
