GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Smith ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist

Juvenile Justice; revises juvenile justice continuum to include community-based residential commitment programs; provides legislative goals re educational services within Juvenile Justice Dept. programs; provides for prearrest, postarrest, or teen court diversion program expunction in certain circumstances; requires DNA analysis of persons who have committed certain offenses & who are transferred to state under Interstate Compact on Juveniles, etc. Amends FS.
