GENERAL BILL by Rules, Ethics & Elections ; Goodlette

Elections; provides that candidates receiving highest number of votes in primary election are declared nominated; provides for development of statewide voter registration database; requires verification of elector's eligibility if elector's name is not on precinct register; provides penalty for releasing results of election prior to closing of polls; provides for nonpartisan voter education & pollworker recruitment & training, etc. Amends FS.
