GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Laurent

Drug Traffic Program/Orange Co.; authorizes creation of pilot program in Orange County to intercept illegal drug shipments through package delivery services; provides that person who willfully keeps or maintains or aids or abets another in keeping or maintaining certain types of places where controlled substances are unlawfully used, kept, sold, or delivered commits offense of keeping or maintaining public nuisance, etc. Amends Chs. 823, 877, 893.

Effective Date: 07/01/2001 except as otherwise provided
