Contaminated Sites/Corrective-Action; extends application of risk-based corrective-action principles to all contaminated sites resulting from discharge of pollutants or hazardous substances; provides for contamination cleanup criteria that incorporate said principles to be adopted by rule; directs DEP to use existing site-priority ranking & cleanup criteria; specifies conditions under which dept. must seek cost recovery, etc. Creates 376.30701,.30702; amends Chs. 199, 220, 376.
