GENERAL BILL by Education ; Peaden

Charter Schools; provides requirements for conversion to charter schools; establishes new purposes for said schools; prohibits sponsor from charging application fee; removes limit on number of charters school district may issue; permits said school to admit students on basis of artistic, academic, or other standards; requires public schools in charter district to vote by time certain to convert to charter school, etc. Amends 228.056,.0561,.058, 232.425.
