SB 1980: Criminal Justice Programs
GENERAL BILL by Burt
Criminal Justice Programs; provides for deposit of certain court-cost proceeds into FDLE Operating Trust Fund; prescribes authorized uses of assets in such fund; transfers criminal justice program of DCA to FDLE; provides for latter dept. to adopt rules re program; transfers Prevention of Domestic & Sexual Violence Program from DCA to CFS Dept.; provides for funding for program. Amends 938.01, 943.25.
