GENERAL BILL by Appropriations

Appropriations Implementing Bill; provides legislative intent; provides for allocation of moneys provided for workforce development & provides for budget amendment when program is moved; includes technology fees within calculation of range of fees allowed to be adopted by each community college board of trustees; authorizes transfer of funds between CFS Dept. & Juvenile Justice Dept. re transfer of staff between departments, etc. Amends FS.
