SB 2040: School Financial Accountability
GENERAL BILL by Cowin
School Financial Accountability; requires district school boards to analyze or contract for analysis of certain noninstructional school services; provides requirements for such analyses; authorizes district school board to issue requests for proposals, & contract for provision of noninstructional school services, under certain circumstances; authorizes formation of consortia for purpose of conducting analyses & issuing requests for proposals, etc. Creates 236.6851.
