Public Meetings & Public Records; provides exemption from public-meetings law for meetings or portions of meetings held by CFS Dept., Workforce Florida, Inc., regional workforce board, or local committee at which personal identifying information contained in records re temporary cash assistance which identifies participant, family, or family or household member is discussed; provides for future legislative review & repeal, etc. Creates 414.106,.295; amends 445.007.
