GENERAL BILL by Dawson
Sexual Violence/Jails & Prisons; creates "Protection Against Sexual Violence in Florida Jails & Prisons Act"; requires Criminal Justice Standards & Training Commission to develop course re sexual assault identification & prevention as part of correctional-officer training program; prohibits sexual misconduct by employees of county or municipal detention facilities; provides for termination of employment under certain circumstances; provides penalties. Amends 944.35; creates 951.221.
