Taxation/Property Address Databases; provides immunity from liability for insurer for certain taxes, interest, & penalties due to assignment of insured property to incorrect local taxing jurisdiction if insurer uses electronic database developed by DOR; provides penalty against insurer that does not use such database & makes improper assignment; requires DOR to develop, maintain, & update electronic database for certain property addresses for certain purposes, etc. APPROPRIATION: $300,000.
