Lauderdale-By-The-Sea; (Broward Co.) extends corporate limits of Town of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea; prescribes procedures for calculating revenues attributable to utility taxes, utility franchise fees, & other franchise fees; provides for town to collect franchise fees & utility taxes collected by county from specified unincorporated area; provides for interlocal agreement between Broward Co. & Town of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, etc.
