Fla. Residents' Tax Relief Act; specifies period during which sale of clothing, school supplies, & certain other items shall be exempt from such tax; defines "clothing" & "school supplies" for purposes of exemption; provides exceptions; provides for rules. APPROPRIATION: $200,000.
