Rip Current Warning Signs; provides for cooperative effort among state agencies & local govts. to plan for & assist in placement of said signs; provides that DCA shall direct & coordinate program; requires development of uniform rip current warning sign; authorizes dept. to coordinate location, distribution, & erection of said signs; provides for rules; limits liability of participating governmental entities; provides for responsibilities of said entities. Creates 380.275.
