Corporate Income Tax; provides purpose & definitions; provides credit against said tax for contributions to nonprofit scholarship funding organization; provides for use of such contributions by such organizations for scholarships for certain children & provides requirements & limitations with respect thereto; provides for inclusion of amounts taken as credit under specified provision in determining taxpayer's adjusted federal income, etc. Amends Ch. 220.
