Ad Val Tax Exemption/Elderly Living; constitutional amendment to allow counties to exempt from taxation increase in assessed value of homestead property resulting from constructing living quarters for property owner's parent or grandparent who is 62 years old or older. Amends s. 4, Art. VII.
