HMOs/Patient's Bill of Rights; creates "Managed Care Organization's Patient's Bill of Rights"; specifies that purpose of act is to ensure that quality health care & health benefits are provided to people of this state; provides legislative intent that rights & responsibilities of subscribers who are covered under HMO contracts be recognized & summarized; requires organizations to provide subscribers with copy of their rights & responsibilities, etc. Creates 641.275.
