GENERAL BILL by Clary ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Latvala ; Klein ; Silver ; Lee ; Dyer ; Brown-Waite ; Geller ; Campbell ; Rossin ; Smith ; Diaz de la Portilla ; Crist

Drugs/Generic & Brand-Name; requires removal of specified drugs from negative formulary for generic & brand-name drugs established in specified provision; provides that act does not amend existing law re physician's authority to prohibit generic drug substitution by writing "medically necessary" on prescription.
