HB 361: Sentencing

GENERAL BILL by Stansel ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Machek ; Kendrick ; Gelber ; Ryan ; Wiles ; Spratt ; Bowen ; Bean ; Henriquez

Sentencing; requires that prisoner sentenced for crime committed during incarceration in state correctional system or private correctional facility serve sentence for such crime in state correctional system or private correctional facility, regardless of length of sentence imposed or classification of offense; provides for sentencing based on classification of offense. Amends 944.17.
