Public Records/Health Care Community; amends provision which provides exemption from public records requirements for certain documents, contracts, & proprietary confidential business information submitted by such entities in connection with request for antitrust no-action letter for specified period; reenacts such exemption & removes October 2, 2001, repeal thereof scheduled under OGSR Act of 1995. Amends 408.185.
