GENERAL BILL by State Administration ; Brummer
Public Record/Pawnbroker Transaction; amends provision which provides exemption from public records requirements for records re pawnbroker transactions delivered to appropriate law enforcement officials; reenacts such exemption & removes October 2, 2001, repeal thereof scheduled under OGSR Act of 1995. Amends 539.003.
