Public Records/Surplus Lines Ins.; amends provision which provides exemption from public records requirements for certain surplus lines insurance information submitted to DOI or available for inspection by department; reenacts such exemption & removes October 2, 2001, repeal thereof scheduled under OGSR Act of 1995; narrows exemption to apply to information specific to particular policy or policyholder; provides for future review & repeal, etc. Amends 626.921.
