Florida High-Speed Rail Authority; creates said authority; provides membership, terms, organization, & reimbursement of expenses; provides duties of authority; assigns authority to DOT for administrative purposes; provides for future legislative review & repeal; authorizes authority to seek federal funds; provides applicable criteria; requires submittal of report; authorizes authority to request assistance from private sector, etc. Creates 341.821,.822. APPROPRIATION: $4,500,000.
