GENERAL BILL by Miller ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Greenstein

Professions Regulated by DBPR; authorizes any profession regulated by said department which offers services that are not subject to regulation when provided by unlicensed person to use funds in its unlicensed activity account to inform public of such situation; authorizes board or profession regulated by department to transfer funds in its operating fund account to its unlicensed activity account under certain circumstances. Amends 455.2281.
