Professions Regulated by DBPR; provides for content of licensure & renewal documents; provides for electronic submission; authorizes any profession regulated by department which offers services that are not subject to regulation when provided by unlicensed person to use funds in its unlicensed activity account to inform public of such situation; revises requirements re education for licensure as architect, etc. Amends 455.213,.2281, 481.209,.223, 473.313.
