GENERAL BILL by Bilirakis ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Diaz de la Portilla

Access to Medical Treatment Act; creates said act; authorizes licensed physician to treat individual for life-threatening illness or condition by means of investigational medical treatment authorized by individual or individual's legal representative; specifies acts & disclosures that are required before physician may provide such treatment; provides that such treatment provided in compliance with act does not constitute unprofessional conduct.
