Agri. Products/Damage or Destruction; provides that certain agricultural growers or producers shall have right to recover damages as result of willful & knowing damage or destruction of specified agricultural products; provides considerations & limits in award of damages; provides for costs & attorney's fees; prohibits trespass upon specified legally posted agricultural sites; provides penalty, etc. Creates 604.60; amends 810.09; reenacts 260.0125(5)(b), 810.011(5)(b).
