GENERAL BILL by Carlton ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist

Criminal Records/Obscene Materials; prohibits court from expunging or sealing criminal history record of person who has been found guilty of or pled guilty or nolo contendere to distributing or showing obscene material to minor or who has been found guilty of or pled guilty or nolo contendere to certain activities involving computer pornography. Amends 943.0585,.059.
