GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Klein

Durable Powers of Attorney; provides for durable powers of attorney contingent upon specified condition; provides guidelines for such powers; provides statutory forms for affidavits to attest to specified condition; provides immunity from criminal & civil liability for physicians making determination of incapacity to manage property under certain conditions. Amends 709.08.
