Tampa/Employees' Retirement Plan; provides for membership in Division B of the General Employees' Retirement Plan; provides for certain employees to elect to receive credit in said plan under certain conditions; provides for certain elective officers, department heads, & appointive officers, to elect to receive credit in said plan under certain conditions, etc.
