SB 966: Community Contribution Tax Credits

GENERAL BILL by Sullivan

Community Contribution Tax Credits; provides for community contribution tax credit against tax on sales, use, & other transactions; revises definition of term "project" for purposes of said credits against corporate income tax & insurance premium taxes to include provision of educational programs & materials by eligible sponsor; includes community contribution credit against sales tax within limitation on such credits, etc. Creates 212.099; amends Ch. 220, 624.5105, 14.2015, 290.007.
