GENERAL BILL by Education ; Bronson

School Attendance/Violent Offenders; requires schools to adopt policy of zero tolerance for victimization of students; requires each school district to enter into agreement with Juvenile Justice Dept. for purpose of protecting victims; requires principals to take certain actions when student has been victim of violent crime perpetrated by another student; provides additional guideline for attendance of victim at same school as juvenile defendant, etc. Amends FS.
