Student Course Withdrawal/Military; requires rules by district school boards, community college district boards of trustees, & university boards of trustees re student withdrawal from courses due to military service; provides that student shall not suffer academic or financial penalties; authorizes refund of fees.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
