GENERAL BILL by Ball ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Harrell

Juvenile Justice; amends & repeals provisions re definition of term "staff-secure shelter"; limits circumstances in which case staffings must occur; revises certain powers re disposition & placement of child in need of services in shelter; clarifies circumstances in which funds from juvenile justice appropriations may be utilized as one-time startup funding, etc. Amends Chs. 984, 985, 316.635, 318.143, 216.136.
