GENERAL BILL by Finance and Taxation ; Rossin
Non-ad Valorem Assessments; amends provision re uniform method for levy, collection, & enforcement of non-ad valorem assessments; specifies circumstances in which local government must adopt non-ad valorem assessment roll at public hearing; revises procedure for adoption of non-ad valorem assessment roll by independent special fire control district; revises provisions governing notice of non-ad valorem assessment hearings, etc. Amends 197.3632, 191.011, 192.0105.
