Capitol Select Security Service; creates Capitol Police within FDLE; transfers powers, duties, & functions of Capitol Police Div. re security within Capitol Complex from DMS to FDLE; defines Capitol Complex; provides for powers & duties of DMS re firesafety & security responsibilities; requires development & approval of security plans; authorizes implementation of unapproved plans in times of emergency, etc. Amends Chs. 20, 281, 287, 288, 943.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
