Enterprise Zones; authorizes certain counties to apply for amendment of enterprise zone boundary lines; provides deadlines; prescribes conditions applicable to area proposed for addition to enterprise zone; directs Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office to approve such amendment under certain conditions.
