Saltwater Fisheries & Products; revises violations & penalties re saltwater fisheries; creates penalties for purchase or sale of illegally harvested saltwater products taken in violation of specified provision of State Constitution; clarifies that licenses or permits under which violation is committed may be subject to suspension or revocation; requires notice to counties where manatee protection zones/speed zones may be imposed by Fish & Wildlife Conservation Comm., etc. Amends FS.
