School Readiness Programs; amends provision re Fla. Partnership for School Readiness & school readiness coalitions; revises minimum standards & provisions for coalition plans for school readiness programs; specifies ratios for instructional personnel to children; requires introductory training course for all personnel; requires inservice training for child care personnel, etc. Amends 411.01.
