GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Mitchell ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Burt

Elections; requires that certain forms used under Fla. Election Code be made available in alternative formats; requires Secretary of State to make such forms available via Internet, if possible; requires that maintenance of voter registration records be nondiscriminatory re persons having disability; abolishes limitations on length of time voter is allowed to occupy voting booth or compartment, etc. Amends FS.
