GENERAL BILL by Ethics and Elections ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Sanderson ; Sebesta ; Posey ; Lawson ; Dyer ; Smith

Elections; revises duties of Secretary of State re his or her duties as chief election officer of state; requires Elections Division to prescribe statewide voter registration application; provides requirements for supervisor re voters requiring assistance; authorizes supervisor to mail sample ballot to each voter in lieu of publication; provides requirements for supervisor when person's name is not on precinct register, etc. Amends FS.
