Child Care Facilities; requires validation of certain information provided by applicant for child care facility license; requires CFS Dept. to establish & impose uniform penalties re child care facility violations; requires dept. to establish database of information re violations, citations, & penalties imposed against child care facilities regulated by state; provides duties of State Technology Office, etc. Amends Ch. 402, 409.146; repeals 402.316.
